A larger space to meet with your clients or customers! Our conference room is available for public rentals; however, all of our memberships include a block of conference room time included with their membership. This allows our members to reserve set hours for their needs at no additional cost. To allow for fair use of the communal space, additional conference room hours require a fee.

CONFERENCE ROOM RESERVATIONS

To use the conference room, please fill out the form below and checkout to book your time slot. You will receive a text or email confirmation of your booking.

Public Reservations Welcome! Our non-member rate is $20/hr.

If you are an active member, please use the MEMBER reservation option. If you are a member of the general public, select PUBLIC reservation option.

For our members, please use the coupon code “Member” at checkout to receive your monthly credit.

CONFERENCE ROOM RULES:

1) Reservations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are available to book up to 90 days in advance.

2) Please be considerate of your fellow members and others and do not monopolize specific days or times or overstay your reservation.

3) Cancellations accepted up to 24-hours prior to your reservation

4) To provide the best working environment possible for everyone, please keep the conference room clean and minimize noise
